The condos at Ink Block

Ink Block is a newly developed community at the site of the former Boston Herald headquarters. In addition to the two residential buildings (Sepia and Siena) it houses 85,000 square feet of retail space plus a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods market.

Sepia was built in 2015 and consists of 77 condos plus rental apartments.  Floorplans range from studios to 3 bedroom units.  The building features 24-hour concierge, exercise room, clubroom, garage parking, and common roof deck. 

Siena is the newest addition to the Ink Block. It consists of 76 new luxury condos at was completed in 2017.  Units at Siena feature modern European finishes, hardwood floors, stainless steel Bosch appliances, gas cooking, quartz countertops, and balcony with every unit.  Building amenities include 24-hour concierge, fitness center, clubroom, parking garage, bike storage, common area wifi and a rooftop Sky Lounge with connecting outdoor roofdeck. Ink Block is also green – it is LEED gold certified!
