About

Holly has lived in the Boston area for the past 25 years, with 19 of those years in Brookline. She first moved to Boston to study at The Boston Conservatory and received her BFA in Dance Performance. In 2005 she obtained her Real Estate License and immediately initiated her first transaction on her very first day in the business! Since, she has looked forward to each and everyday of residential real estate in the city she calls home. Whether representing a seller in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, or South End and JP, or a buyer in the Leather District, Midtown, the Waterfront, Brookline, Newton, Somerville or Cambridge, to discussing the rent vs buy /sell dilemma, there is nothing more thrilling then efficiently mastering a client's goal. To effectively do so, Holly is a great listener and is quickly able to identify what exactly a client is looking for even if the client is unfamiliar with the Boston housing market or the city itself. She also thrives on problem solving and negotiating no matter what may arise, a personality quirk she probably developed after years of performing live on stage. Outside of real estate, Holly she will most likely be found challenging herself in ballet class or spending time with her assortment of senior and special needs rescue bulldogs. She also is passionate about antiques and all things mid-century. She particularly loves to read and study real estate market trends.
